Frequently asked questions

We are a digital membership group that offers discounts at cinemas, attractions, and restaurants across the UK, along with the UK and European holidays!
Your username is the email address on your Kids Pass account.
Please visit our website and select log in as member. You will then see a "forgot your password?" button. Select Forgot Your Password and enter the email address on your Kids Pass account. You will be sent a link to your email address to re-set your password.
Your digital card will be on your Kids Pass app. Please select 'My Card' next to the settings option.
You can view a list of all our offers before joining our free Kids Pass app. You can search by category, region or simply click show offers near me. To download our app please visit www.kidspass.co.uk/app. Cannot find what you are looking for? Maybe the following FAQs can help. If not, then please contact us.
You can cancel your membership for any further payments through the link www.kidspass.co.uk/members/account and select manage the subscription from the My Account drop-down menu.
While most of our offers can be used 7 days a week, please be mindful and read the terms and conditions where you can find any exclusions that may be set out.
If you have booked your tickets through Kids Pass, you can find your tickets easily on the app. Simply click on the bottom My Offers tab, and then on the Tickets section at the top!
Most of our attractions will allow you to book a pre-paid slot through their website or over the phone. You will then need to take your Kids Pass tickets along with you and present them upon arrival.
We do not have an age limit on the Kids Pass as we do have offers for all ages, including adults! Our offers may vary on their own age limit depending on the attraction.
You will only need one membership; this will cover your whole household.
We are a subscription service; your membership will automatically continue unless cancelled. You can cancel your membership at any time through the website.
The majority of our tickets will give you 6-12 months to use them. Each offer will advise you of the date they must be used before purchasing.
You can edit your details in the My Account section in the members area on the website.
Absolutely! We offer lots of discounts for both adults and children, which can also be used separately.
Each one will provide you with full instructions on how to claim the offer, each offer can vary depending on the attraction.
Tickets that need to be posted will arrive within 2-3 working days.
All our NHS heroes will get an annual membership for just £24.00
